Are Dave's fees negotiable?

While Dave prefers to stick to his fee schedule, there are a number of things that could affect the final price: location of the event, multiple bookings, multiple programs at the same event (which will save you further travel and lodging costs!). How does Dave handle travel expenses?

All you pay for is Dave's fee (a 50% deposit is required at signing to secure the date on Dave’s schedule), roundtrip coach airfare, lodging (which should be billed directly to your corporate account), and ground transportation. Dave will invoice you directly for the airfare and ground transportation after the engagement. That's it! It's clean, it's easy, and it makes your budgeting nightmares a thing of the past!

What does Dave need from me?

Once a deal is made, Dave will email you his A-V requirements and a pre-program questionnaire to learn more about your group. It also helps to chat on the telephone if you have specific requests for Dave or need him to talk with your groups higher-ups.
